Erik Salomon has been studying the guitar since 1996. In the years since, in addition to private study, he has honed his talents as a member of several original music projects. He has released two albums of his own songs and has worked as a recording engineer and producer on several other recordings. Through these experiences Erik has become well acquainted with playing and writing music in various styles such as: modern and alternative rock, pop punk, Ska, blues, and Jazz. In addition to the guitar, his main instrument, he is also a student of the voice, piano, drum kit, and electric bass.
His love of music brought him to Five Towns College in the fall of 2006, where he majors in Jazz/Commercial Music with concentrations in both the guitar and audio recording technology. At Five Towns he has studied under the instruction of noted professors Peter Rogine, Stephen Gleason, John Kelly, and Chuck Mymitt.
In addition to his classes and private instruction, Erik has been a member of the schools ensembles including: the Jazz ensemble, Guitar ensemble, Vocal jazz and A’cappella ensembles. He is also a member of the 2008 northern division champion Long Island Sound Men’s Chorus. His hard work was recognized in the fall of 2008 when he was inducted into the Phi Sigma Eta Honor Society, an award given only to students achieving the highest possible academic success.

fans of the Vince Lewis Trio's previous music, this work will also expose
his audience to reverential treatments of meaningful and timeless Christian
favorites.

hymns in church. Selections include, "Precious Lord Take My Hand," "In The
